I designed and developed a tailor-made Jobs application on Salesforce to optimize job application processes. This application enhances the management of job prospects, resumes, and recruitment data, making the hiring process more efficient for both recruiters and applicants.

Custom Salesforce Features Developed:

• Custom Record Types: Created specific types for leads and opportunities, categorizing job prospects effectively.

• Custom Page Layouts: Developed tailored layouts for different record types to ensure easy accessibility of relevant information.

• Seamless Field Mapping: Ensured consistency across standard objects to capture essential job and applicant details accurately.

• Custom Processes for Leads and Opportunities: Implemented structured processes with custom paths to guide job applications through various stages.

• Related Lists: Added comprehensive tracking lists such as Open Activities, Activity History, Notes, and Attachments.

• Public Resume Links: Created public links for resumes on the Salesforce platform, facilitating easy sharing with recruiters.

• Custom Resume Object: Introduced a "Resumes" object with lookup relationships to opportunities for streamlined resume management.

• Junction Object: Utilized a "Resume Submissions" junction object to manage many-to-many relationships between resumes and opportunities.

• Custom Lightning App Builder Home Page: Developed a central hub for all job application tasks, improving user experience and efficiency.

• Reports and Dashboards: Crafted insightful reports and dashboards that provide key metrics on activities, leads, and opportunities, aiding in informed decision-making.
