Overview: Optimizing Talent Stacker's program management and member engagement through a custom Salesforce solution, enhancing user experience and streamlining operations.

Objectives:

  • Interactive Member Environment: Provide a structured, engaging Salesforce environment for members at various career stages.

  • Support and Tracking: Ensure timely, targeted support and improved member management through Salesforce's robust tracking and reporting capabilities.

Project Contributions:

  • Salesforce Customization: In collaboration with two peers, I played a key role in customizing Salesforce to better manage and engage members. This included developing custom objects, fields, and user interfaces.

  • Workflow Automation: Implemented automated workflows and security measures, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and data security.

Key Features Developed:

  • Salesforce End User Training Manual: A comprehensive guide focusing on member management and reporting within Salesforce, designed to optimize user interaction and program outcomes.

  • Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD): Demonstrates the interconnections between members, study groups, and certifications within Salesforce, aiding in the streamlined management and enhanced effectiveness of the program.

  • Member Journey Mapping: Visual representation of the member’s journey through the Talent Stacker program, detailing each interaction point and corresponding Salesforce functionality to support it.
