Overview: Optimizing Talent Stacker's program management and member engagement through a custom Salesforce solution, enhancing user experience and streamlining operations.

  • Interactive Member Environment: Provide a structured, engaging Salesforce environment for members at various career stages.

  • Support and Tracking: Ensure timely, targeted support and improved member management through Salesforce's robust tracking and reporting capabilities.

  • Salesforce Customization: In collaboration with two peers, I played a key role in customizing Salesforce to better manage and engage members. This included developing custom objects, fields, and user interfaces.
